Ecobuild 2014: Understanding & unravelling domestic energy efficiency policy

Understanding and unravelling domestic energy efficiency policy presentation from Phil Birch, Associate Director, Sustainability, Sweett Group at Ecobuild 2014.

Improving the energy efficiency of the existing housing stock is one of the biggest challenges and pressing priorities for home owners, landlords, industry and government. An estimated £3.5 - £6.5 billion needs to be spent every year to 2050 to meet our targets, what is the right stimulus for change to deliver improvements on this scale?

This session will look at the impact of latest policy initiatives and how stakeholders can better engage with this to increase uptake and demand and to maximise the available opportunities.
