Green Building Management - British Land, Exchange House

This case study looks at Exchange House, British Land has cut landlord-influenced energy use by 24% in three years, working with the building management team and occupiers. This has been made possible by a new automatic meter reading (AMR) system and optimisation process. Total building savings over the last three years include 4,500 tonnes of CO2 and £378,000 on occupiers’ energy bills.
