Fit-out Using Ska Rating - GE Capital Real Estate, The Ark

This case study looks at GE’s fit-out of The Ark in Hammersmith which achieved a RICS Ska Silver rating for sustainability, thanks to the introduction of a series of innovative technologies and initiatives. These are cutting energy use, saving water and increasing recycling, at the same time as offering a pleasant working environment.
