Skills and Strategies for Community Engagement: Continuing Professional Development (CPD)

This continuing professional development short course will take place at University College London, 5th – 8th March, 2018. This two-part CPD provides an introduction to community engagement. It will help participants develop skills and strategies for working effectively with community groups and users in your professional practice and/or research.
The course consists of two parts. You can book either part on its own, or both parts together for a discount.
In part 1 (5th March) you’ll learn practical skills to improve how you engage with community groups and users as part of your professional practice or research.
In part 2 (6th – 8th March) you’ll learn management strategies for setting up community engagement initiatives in your own workplace.
