Version 2 of EPRA BPR (best practice recommendations for sustainability reporting)

The Sustainability Performance Measures and overarching recommendations of the EPRA Sustainability Best Practice Recommendations (sBPR - http://bit.ly/2014sBPR) have been developed by the EPRA Sustainability Reporting Committee in consultation with the wider EPRA membership.

This document contains a number of CORE recommendations for sustainability reporting which should be reported by all EPRA members, alongside ADDITIONAL recommendations which are based on the Committee’s observations of good practice.

The scope of the EPRA sBPR covers companies’ investment activities and own occupation (e.g. environmental impacts from a company’s headquarters).

Note that there are Awards each year based on adherence in company disclosure against the sBPR (http://bit.ly/TippingBalance), as well as articles (http://bit.ly/epranews14)
