Sustainable Refurbishment - LGP, Blenheim Centre

This case study explains how Legal & General have increased recycling rates and cut energy use. Since buying the Blenheim Centre in 2010, L&G Property has increased recycling by 96% and cut electricity use by 7%. This has been achieved through a series of low or no-cost initiatives, which will save £2,300 on annual energy bills, cut CO2 emission by 14 tonnes and divert 23 tonnes of waste from landfill.
